Model Selection
Precautions in selecting a model
* Actual cooling capacity can be affected by airtightness of an enclosure, placement of heat generators and dirt on the capacitors, evaporators or filters. It is recommended to select a larger model than minimum requirements.
* Do not set the internal temperature at unnecessarily low level.
* When the enclosure is located near a furnace or any place exposed to heat radiation, select a larger model than the calculation.

Values required for model selection
For evaluating a cooling capacity of an enclosure cooler, the following values are required.
If desired setting temperature is lower than the max. ambient temperature
If desired setting temperature is higher than the max. ambient temperature
* Heat intrusion rate U for an iron-made enclosure is generally 5 to 6〔W/(m2・K)〕. In this example,U=5〔W/(m2・K)〕is used.
