Connector attachment
For ensuring good performance of this product with cabtyre cables, please attach a connector to a cable so the length of non-sheathed part does not exceed 5mm.
Instructions
1. Prepare the connectors.
2. Place the cable-jointed connectors in e-CON cover.
3. Close the cover.
4. Lock it.
5. Finished.
Assures good performance in one side use as well for either of plug side or socket side connector
【For fixing】
Use of a CC holder OL-G4A-80 is recommended for ease of fixed mounting.
Use of a CC holder OL-G4A-80 is recommended for ease of fixed mounting.
Mount the CC Holder with M4 screw.
Place the e-CON Cap on the CC holder.
Secure the cables on both sides with banding bands.
Cautions
・This product is not waterproof.
・Do not use other connectors than specified.
・This product is for round cables only.
・Avoid bending the cables sharply at at the exits of e-CON Cap. Failure to this may affect protection performance.
・Avoid changing to different size cables once the work has completed. As the packing of e-CON Cap has been deformed to fit the cable used at first, protection performance may be affected.
・Do not use other connectors than specified.
・This product is for round cables only.
・Avoid bending the cables sharply at at the exits of e-CON Cap. Failure to this may affect protection performance.
・Avoid changing to different size cables once the work has completed. As the packing of e-CON Cap has been deformed to fit the cable used at first, protection performance may be affected.
・Internal temperature of e-CON cap rises when the current flows. Make sure it doesn’t exceed the working temperature.
・Do not use or store this product under the following environments.
・Failure to this will lead to quality deterioration.
・Places exposed to the rain.
・Strong acids or organic solvents like xylene, nitrobenzene, acetic ether etc. are contained in the air.
・Water vapor, ozone in the air.
・Under oil or water
